Traditions Bullets .50 caliber 275 gr Carnivore Sabot 15-pk - The Carnivore bullet from Traditions is designed to leave a deadly wound channel that is a controlled, concentric ring of fire that completely destroys even the toughest, bone-crushing game animals. This bullet uses a sabot made of copper-plated steel for a tight, accurate shot, with a mushroom shape that allows the bullet to safely descend into the jugular or exit the muzzle at a dead run. This bullet eliminates the post-shot mushrooming that some other bullets experience after a short initial burst of fast-forward speed. Its ability to consistently penetrate deep and make short work of even the toughest game, just like a bullet with a high B.C. cooee, which is the reason this bullet penetrates deep and maintains such high ballistics. Its also the only bullet on the market to offer a rear ogive design, which enables it to penetrate even deeper into larger game such as elk and bear.
